    1. Data collected

    1.1 Personal data

    Our applications are designed to minimize the collection of personal data as much as possible.

    Unless otherwise stated for a specific application, our applications do not require the creation of a user account to be used by the general public. We do not directly request the following information:

    • first name;
    • email address;
    • phone number;
    • precise location;
    • contacts;
    • personal photos;
    • microphone;
    • camera.

    Some applications may nonetheless use technical services necessary for their operation, in particular for content hosting, local saving, in-app purchases or purchase restoration.

    1.2 Technical and functional data

    Certain technical or functional information may be processed automatically to ensure the applications work properly, for example:

    • device model;
    • operating system;
    • device language;
    • application version;
    • technical diagnostic data;
    • information needed to correctly display content;
    • status of a purchase or premium access, when the application offers in-app purchases.

    This data is used solely to make the application work, improve the user experience, fix bugs and optimize performance.

    1.3 Locally stored data

    Some data may be saved directly on the user's device, for example:

    • game or usage preferences;
    • favorites;
    • local progress;
    • application settings;
    • content downloaded for offline use;
    • premium status cached locally.

    This data generally remains on the device and does not, on its own, allow the user to be personally identified.

    2. Use of data

    Any data collected or processed is used solely to:

    • ensure the applications work properly;
    • display the content offered;
    • enable offline use where this feature exists;

    • content storage;
    • in-app purchase services;
    • services provided by Google Play or the App Store.

    Some applications may in particular use services for content hosting and RevenueCat for managing in-app purchases.

    These services have their own privacy policies and may process certain technical data necessary for their operation, such as technical identifiers, purchase information or diagnostic data.

    ET Edutainment strives to limit the use of these services to what is strictly necessary.

    Some applications may offer optional in-app purchases.

    Payments are processed by official platforms such as Google Play or the App Store. ET Edutainment does not receive or store the user's banking information.

    When an in-app purchase is offered, a third-party service such as RevenueCat may be used to verify the purchase status, unlock premium content and enable purchase restoration.

    6. Storage and security

    We implement reasonable measures to protect the information processed by our applications.

    Any technical data processed is retained only for the time necessary for the service to function, to fix technical issues, or to comply with any applicable legal obligations.

    We do not seek to collect personal data from children. The applications are designed to limit data collection and avoid creating user profiles for the general public.
